BRENT LOVELL | President & CEO
Even through an eight-year hiatus spent in the film and media industry in Manhattan, Brent never forgot his Southern roots. Born and raised in the Grand Strand, he graduated with a B.A. in Finance from Clemson University before pursuing his passion. With a successful track record that included some nationally broadcast television shows, feature films, and media campaigns, Brent has packed up his experience and relocated back to his hometown. Coming from a small business family himself, he understands the value of an impervious client-company relationship and has embedded those "Southern hospitality" and “mom-and-pop” mentalities into bBe’s business model. In other words, he's a swell guy.

WILL TRIPLETT | Chief Creative Officer | Archival Executive
Will, the head honcho of our Charlotte office, is a "Tar Heel born and a Tar Heel bred and when he dies will be a Tar Heel dead.” With dozens of past acting roles ranging from network television to feature films, he still makes time for regional theater - recently seen as Joe Pitt in CAST’s controversial production of Angels in America. With 8+ years of Big Apple experience, his true talent however, is with a pen in his hand. Though his actual penmanship is not very good, his talent for telling a story is pretty dang brilliant. Will is President of Click Clack Films - bBe’s sister film production company - and served as Director of Multimedia and Marketing at an acting studio where he launched the first ever Feature Film Festival Program. With a directorial and extensive videography background as well, the man can produce some creative content, y’all!

VICTOR BELODED | Photographer & Aerial Specialist
Hailing from the Ural Mountains way across the pond, Victor has many many years of digital, film, and aerial photography behind him. In fact, photography is literally in his bloodline, as he first learned about aperture and shutter speeds from his grandfather, who made a living with a camera in his hands. “I always loved following him to see his work” is a line he always says. Victor started One Life Photo in 2012 and specializes in aerial, wedding, and portrait photography. With an exclusive partnership, bBe calls upon Victor and his team to be our “eyes in the sky”. In other words, he is the Goose to our Maverick. For some of Victor’s personal work, check out onelifephoto.net.

ETHAN KAISER | Cinematographer & Aerial Specialist
Ethan claims he is passionate, outgoing, fun, and professional, although we have never seen him be all four at once. With an Army ROTC background, he has the right blend of efficiency and execution when bringing an artistic vision to life. An excerpt from his resume may include Top Grier (Netflix), Dark Waters (ABC), ISIS Rise of Terror (History Channel), Man v Food (Travel Channel), and Southern Charm (Bravo). He has currently taken up residence in Charleston, SC, but still hasn't unpacked because of his constant travel schedule. When not behind the camera, you may spot him on the dance floor or on your Instagram feed posting about someone else's camera rig. You can see his personal cinematography reel here.

BLAKE BLANCETT | Cinematographer, Editor, & Colorist
Ba-la'-ke aka Blake is an Emmy-nominated cinematographer. We could stop there but we still have some things to add....like during Christmas time, he dresses up as Santa, he is a die hard Carolina Panthers fan, and he once got his photo taken with a dress-a-like Elvis Pressley. His frames have been seen in ads by Southern Living, Hyundai, and Jack Daniels and on ESPN, TNT, Cooking Channel, and more. When not delegating locations for lighting fixtures or upgrading his camera equipment, you can find him reminiscing about his high school football days. You can see his personal cinematography reel here.

BAXLEY | VP of Security
Baxley is a terrier from Boston. He is the ultimate alpha male around the bBe crew and if asked, he would probably even admit it. When not sitting on his cushioned perch to warn of any potential intruders, he can be found wandering around the office scavenging for fallen human food crumbs, paper towels, or opened mail envelopes. His favorite game is hide-and-seek - a game he never actually wins. Baxley's most important job is to provide entertainment and laughter during creative sessions.
